During the homage for the Secretary of the Presidency, Ernesto Leal Sánchez, the president of the Country, Enrique Bolaños Geyer, recognized in front of a big crowd to grant the Rubén Dario Order to the highest minister of his government. The widow Gioconda Padilla Godoy said that her children suggested Ernesto Leal to be out of the political life. Nonetheless the widow, very exited, said that she and her children recognized that Leal was right being inside the politic. Bolaños extended that the Ruben Dario Order was granted to Ernesto Leal Sánchez for his serving spirit. The president Bolaños also said that "was easy to work with him (Ernesto Leal)". The Managua Archbishop, Lepoldo Brenes Solórzano, celebrated at the Cathedral of the capital a mass with ministers of the state, diplomatic and private sectors.

Energy taxes authorized

The director of the Energy Institute, ENI, David Castillo, that is in charge to regular to the distributors of the electricity, said that was authorized an increased of 7 per cent of tax in the cosots. This happens because of the hard situation with the petroleum.

The Fiscal Juárez will interview

For the big amount of dollars that were extracted of the Justice Supreme Court of, JSC, the investigations will continue on behalf of the fiscally. The Fiscal Armando Juárez says that he is going continue interviewing to the Ministers of the constitutional highest tribunal, Masters Doctor Rógers Camilo Argüello, Guillermo Selva and Francisco Rosales Argüello.
