During the homage for the Secretary
of the Presidency, Ernesto Leal Sánchez, the
president of the Country, Enrique Bolaños Geyer,
recognized in front of a big crowd to grant the Rubén
Dario Order to the highest minister of his government.
The widow Gioconda Padilla Godoy said that her children
suggested Ernesto Leal to be out of the political
life. Nonetheless the widow, very exited, said that
she and her children recognized that Leal was right
being inside the politic. Bolaños extended
that the Ruben Dario Order was granted to Ernesto
Leal Sánchez for his serving spirit. The president
Bolaños also said that "was easy to work
with him (Ernesto Leal)". The Managua Archbishop,
Lepoldo Brenes Solórzano, celebrated at the
Cathedral of the capital a mass with ministers of
the state, diplomatic and private sectors.
